Hi! My name is Jen. I began my journey with yoga when I was pregnant with my second son in 2007. I attended my first in-studio practice in 2012 and I was officially hooked.
In 2018 I decided it was finally time to do what I had been dreaming of for years… attend yoga teacher training. I decided Yoga Medicine was the teacher training for me. At 41 years old, I flew to Europe and attended my 200 hour teacher training in Spain. I continued my education with Yoga Medicine and am currently a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist.
My teaching styles are Vinyasa and Yin. Quite the opposite of each other, but quite the compliments. This is how the concept of Still + Flow Yoga was born.
Outside of my practice at Still + Flow Yoga, I am a full time yoga and meditation teacher with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Where are you located?
Still + Flow Yoga is located within Perceptions Mental Health + Wellness in the Miracle Hills area just north of Dogde St.
It will look like you're walking into an office building, don't worry, you're in the right place! Just walk to the other side of the atrium and you've made it :)

What if I’ve never practiced yoga before?
All classes are all-level. There are variations and modifications for any pose. Come as you are, and I will meet you there!
Should I sign up ahead of time?
It is not required, but recommended. If you do not sign up ahead of time, please give yourself at least 15 minutes before class to register in person. Class will begin promptly at start time.
Another benefit to signing up ahead of time is being notified if there are any changes to the class.
What should I wear?
Wear clothing that is comfortable and allows a full range of motion without binding.
