About Me

Hi, I’m Jen.

I’m a Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist and lifelong student of movement, anatomy and mindfulness. My work is centered on helping people move with greater ease, reduce stress and build a more supportive relationship with their bodies through therapeutic yoga, meditation, breathwork and myofascial release.

I believe yoga is most effective when it meets you exactly where you are. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, I create individualized sessions that reflect your unique goals, health history and current stage of life. Whether you’re navigating persistent pain, recovering from injury, managing stress, adapting to the changes of midlife, or simply looking for a more thoughtful approach to movement, each session is designed to support you with care and intention.

In addition to my private practice, I serve as a full-time yoga and meditation instructor with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where I work with veterans experiencing a wide range of physical and emotional health challenges. This work has strengthened my commitment to making therapeutic movement accessible, adaptable and grounded in both compassion and evidence-informed practice.

My hope is that you’ll leave each session feeling a little more connected to your body, a little more capable, and a little more at ease than when you arrived.
