Class starts with a pranayama technique that will guide us through samavriti (equal breath), then extending the exhale. We will begin moving through some poses on the floor making our way to our feet to a couple sun salutation A and a sun salutation B. Two mini flows will comprise our peak flow which will take us from the front of the mat to the back, to the front again. A fun practice ending with some hip openers and a twist.

Props needed: none, only what you like to use for your practice.
