Start supine working on hamstrings and core. Sit up for seated forward folds and a reverse plank. Come to our feet for more forward fold variations. Warm up with sun salutations and make our way to our flow. Peak pose: ardha chandrasana/half moon. Cool down with prone twist, sphinx and supine twists.
