Warm up with seated folds, twists and bends. Move into sun salutation A and B for a warm up. We will come to our feet to flow through two mini flows, eventually combine both for a front-of-the-mat to the back-of-the-mat peak flow. Cool down with gomukasana, pigeon and supine twist.

Props needed: none, but have what you like to use for your practice.
