Expanding Horizons: A Side Body Awakening

This weeks classes focus on lengthening and opening the side body through deep side bends, gentle neck and shoulder releases and mindful breath work. Flow though poses like Reverse Warrior and Extended Side Angle to create space in the ribs, improve mobility and cultivate a sense of expansion. Class concludes with soothing twists, legs up "the wall" and a restful savasana.
