Expanding into Balance: Finding Stability in Half Moon

This week, we're building strength, balance and openness as we prepare for Half Moon Pose. Through mindful sequencing, we'll explore key preparatory postures, including Reverse Warrior with a bind and a variation of Extended Side Angle, to create space and stability in the body. Using a block for support, we'll gradually work our way into Half Moon, finding both strength and ease in the pose. Expect a practice that challenges balance, encourage deep focus and leaves you feeling grounded yet light.
