Fly Like an Eagle

This week we prepare the shoulders and hips for Eagle Pose. We'll start with seated postures using Eagle arms, the move to standing poses to prepare hips. We'll flow though Warrior II, Reverse Warrior, Goddess Pose and Crescent Lunge and eventually come to a stand in full Eagle Pose, or a variation of it.
