September Week 4 | Balance + Strength: Bird Dog Challenge

This week's classes will center on balance and core stability, using poses that challenge our strength and awareness. Our main focus is Bird Dog, but with an unexpected twist. We'll take this pose from Warrior III, adding a new layer of intensity and focus. Complementing this, we'll work through Half Moon to open the hips and side body, and Pyramid Pose to lengthen the hamstrings and create space in the lower back. This practice will leave you feeling strong and centered.
