Shoulder Focused Flow

This class explores strength, stability and mobility through the shoulders with emphasis on mindful engagement rather than force. We will build heat with intentional weight-bearing poses, including Side Plank to cultivate shoulder stability and core support, and play with Eagle Pose to awake the upper back. Throughout class, attention is placed on how the shoulders integrate with the breath, spine and ribs. We will close with longer-held stretches to release the neck, shoulders and upper back, leaving you feeling spacious and supported, and more at ease in your body.
