We will cover:
- Understand the fundamental alignment principles of key standing poses
- Learn how to modify poses to accommodate your body's unique anatomy

What to bring and how to prepare:
- Yoga Mat: Bring your own yoga mat for the practice session. If you don't have one, I'll have a loaner for you
- Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the workshop
- Comfortable Clothing: Wear clothing that allows ease of movement and flexibility
- Notebook + Pen: A workbook will be provided with space for notes, but if you're an avid note taker you may want another place to take notes
