Monday Morning Meditation

Start your week with presence and clarity.

This 30-minute class is a quiet anchor to begin your week. Inspired by the principles of Vipassana meditation, each session includes a short introduction to the weekly theme, followed by a guided meditation with space for silence.

Topics rotate weekly and may include: impermanance, the pause before reacting, loving awareness, working with a busy mind, body sensations as anchors, letting go, beginners mind, compassionate observation, etc...

No experience is necessary, just a willingness to show up. Pre-registration is required by 8:00pm Sunday evening.

Drop-In: $7 | A simple way to join when you can.

Meditation Membership: $24/mo (recurring, cancel anytime) | Ideal for those who want consistency.

Individual Wellness Session

An Individual Wellness Session, we will work together one-on-one to create a personalized practice that addresses your unique needs, goals and well being. Whether you are seeking to deepen your yoga practice, manage stress, or support physical healing, these sessions are tailored specifically for you.

Drawing from a blend of yoga, breath work, meditation and mindfulness techniques, we will focus on promoting balance, alignment and inner peace. Sessions can be designed to address specific physical concerns, such as improving mobility, strength or flexibility, or can focus on emotional well being, relaxation and overall health.

Each session will begin with a consultation to understand your current state and intentions, allow us to craft a wellness journey that aligns with your body, mind and lifestyle.
