Yoga for Women's Health and Optimal Aging

This six week series is designed to help women understand and support their bodies through the natural hormonal changes of midlife and beyond. Each week explores how estrogen influences heart, bone, brain and nervous system health - and how yoga, mindfulness and lifestyle choices can nurture balance and vitality.

You'll receive weekly study materials to review at home before each live session, where we'll bring the lessons to life through movement, discussion and community. Expect a blend of education, reflection and embodied practice - offering both knowledge and tools you can carry into daily life. If you cannot make the live, in-person session, a recording will be available in the content section within 24 hours.
